PRIDANTSEV SERGEY VLADIMIROVICH

Born on August 18, 1967 in Moscow.
EDUCATION:
In 1993 he graduated from the Moscow Automobile and Road Institute, and then Stanford Executive Institute (2000) and the Russian Academy of Public Service under the President of the Russian Federation (2004).
He was awarded PhD in Economics.
CAREER BACKGROUND:
From 1993 he headed the laboratory of transport and technological robotics of the Moscow Automobile and Roads Institute.
From 1994 to 1995 he was with Astelit – a telecommunications operator.
In January 1995 - May 1997 he was the technical adviser to Hewlett-Packard.
In 1997 he started working for Lucent Technologies as Head of the customer service in Moscow and Moscow region, and then was appointed First Deputy CEO (Sales Director in Russia and the CIS).
From 2002 he worked for CenterTelecom OJSC as an Adviser to the Company’s CEO.
From April 2003 to January 2006 he held the position of Deputy CEO –Commercial Director of CenterTelecom OJSC.
From January 2006 to June 2007 he was CEO of CenterTelecom OJSC.
Since June 2007 he has been President of COMSTAR-UTS.
He was awarded the Medal of Ushakov for personal courage.

GONCHARUK ALEXEY YURYEVICH
FIRST VICE PRESIDENT, OJSC COMSTAR-UTS
Born in 1965.
EDUCATION:
In 1987 he graduated from the Nakhimov Black Sea Higher Naval Academy.
In 2003 he received an MBA degree from the International University in Moscow. He is academician at the International Telecommunications Academy and the International IT Academy.
CAREER BACKGROUND:
From 1982 to 1998 he served in the Navy.
From 1998 to 2001 he held the post of Executive director at Novintel company.
In 2001 he joined the CJSC MTU-Inform Company to occupy the position of Deputy Commercial General Director.
From 2001 to 2005 – First Deputy General Director, General Director of CJSC Macomnet
From 2005 to 2006 he served as Deputy CEO for Commercial Activities at OJSC Moscow City Telephone Network.
In 2006 he became Deputy General Director for Strategy & Business Development at JSC Comstar- UTS.
From October 2006 to August 2007 - Vice-President – Operating Director, JSC COMSTAR-UTS
Since August 2007 he has been First Vice-President of JSC COMSTAR-UTS.

GORBUNOV ALEXANDER YEVGENYEVICH
VICE PRESIDENT FOR STRATEGY AND DEVELOPMENT, OJSC COMSTAR-UTS
Born in 1967.
EDUCATION:
In 1992 he graduated from Moscow State Engineering and Physics Institute ãîäó. He studied at American University located in Moscow.
In 1999 he earned MBA degree from Harvard Business School.
CAREER BACKGROUND:
From 1994 to 2002 he was a consultant at Bain & Company, Moscow and Boston offices.
In 2002 he switched over to Sistema-Telecom and held the position of Head of the Department for Strategic Analysis and development.
From 2003 to 2005 he worked as the Director for Strategy, MTS.
In 2005-2006 he was the Head of the Department for Corporate Development, AFK Sistema.
From November 2006 he has been vice-president for Strategy and Development, OJSC COMSTAR – United TeleSystems.

KIRILLOV ALEXANDER IVANOVICH
VICE PRESIDENT FOR TECHNOLOGIES, OJSC COMSTAR-UTS
Born in 1956.
EDUCATION:
In 1978, he graduated from the Mari Polytechnic Institute majoring in Radio Equipment Design and Manufacture.
CAREER BACKGROUND:
From 1980, he worked for the Republican Radio & TV Broadcasting Center (RTVBC) rising from an average switchman to the Head of the RTVBC.
In 1989, he was appointed to the position of the Director of Communications Operations/Engineering Department, Mari ASSR.
In 1991, for 2 years, he was in charge of the State Communications & IT Enterprise Rossvyazinform, MASSR.
In 1993, he was elected to the position of General Director of Martelecom.
In December 2002, he was appointed to the position of Deputy General Director of OJSC VolgaTelecom/Director of the VolgaTelecom Branch in the Republic of Mariy-El.
From June 2004 to February 2006, he held the position of First Deputy General Director/Technical Director of VolgaTelecom.
In February 2006, he became the Deputy General Director/Technical Director of OJSC CenterTelecom.
Since 2007, he has been operating in the capacity of Vice-president for Technologies, JSC COMSTAR-UTS.

KORESH VIKTOR IOSIFOVICH
VICE PRESIDENT FOR REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT, OJSC COMSTAR-UTS, GENERAL DIRECTOR, CJSC COMSTAR-REGIONS
Born in 1953.
EDUCATION:
In 1976, he graduated from the Bonch-Bruevich Communications Electrotechnical Institute of Leningrad (LETIS) with qualification of 'Telecommunications Engineer'.
CAREER BACKGROUND:
In the years to 1997, he worked for the enterprises of the Ministry of Communications.
In 1997, he took charge of the JSC Sovintel Saint Petersburg Branch.
From 2001 to April 2007, he held the position of General Director of ZAO PeterStar.
Since April 2007, he has been operating in the capacity of Vice-president for Regional Development, JSC COMSTAR-UTS. Since February 2009 he is also General Director of CJSC COMSTAR-REGIONS, 100% subsidiary of COMSTAR-UTS

KAUROV ALEXEY YURYEVICH
VICE-PRESIDENT FOR ECONOMICS AND FINANCE, OJSC COMSTAR-UTS
Born on 27 June 1971 in Moscow.
EDUCATION:
In 1993 he graduated from the Moscow State Institute of Foreign Relations (MGIMO). Qualification –International economic relations.
Then in 1996 - The George Washington University (MBA degree).
CAREER BACKGROUND:
His career started in 1988 when A.Kaurov was employed as an engineer of the All-Union Association Expocentre of the USSR Chamber of Commerce and Industry. From 1989 to 1991 he worked in the capacity of economist and later - as senior laboratory assistant at the All-Union R&D Institute for Market Research of the USSR Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations.
In 1991he was appointed as the expert of the scientific section of the International Business School at MGIMO.
In 1993 A.Kaurov joined I.B.S Intertrading, CJSC where he worked for 4 years in the capacity of expert.
In 1997 he headed the Funds management Section of the Corporate Finance Department, ROSPROM CJSC. Then he joined the Oil Company YUKOS, OJSC.
From 1997 to 2001 he worked as adviser of the Moscow representation office of NCH Advisors, Inc.
In 2001 he joined VimpelCom-Region, OJSC to occupy the position of Director of planning service and treasury. Then for nearly one year he headed the Department for consolidated financial planning and control of VimpelCom-Communications, OJSC.
From September 2003 he was Head of Department for Investment generation strategy, AFK Sistema, OJSC.
From 2007 to 2010 he was Director of Corporate Finance Department, Corporate Centre of MTS Group.
From June 2010 he was appointed as Vice-president for Economics and Finance, COMSTAR-UTS OJSC.

KARMANOV DMITRY VALERYEVICH
VICE PRESIDENT FOR HR MANAGEMENT AND CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT, OJSC COMSTAR-UTS
Born in 1975.
EDUCATION:
In 1997 graduated from Perm Command and Engineering Military Academy, majoring "Management and Information Technology in Engineering Systems".
In 2002 took a postgraduate HR training course at the Regional Inter-Industry Retraining Center under Perm State Engineering University.
CAREER BACKGROUND:
From 1998 to 2001 he worked in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.
From 2001 to 2006 he moved up from a personnel specialist to HR Director in Uralsvyazinform.
From February 2006 to June 2007 he was HR Director, and Deputy CEO in CenterTelecom.
In June 2007, he moved to COMSTAR – United TeleSystems and was assigned to HR Director. Since October 1, 2008 he has been the Vice President for HR with COMSTAR-UTS OJSC; Member of the Management Board.

Nikolay O. Naumovich
VICE-PRESIDENT FOR CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND LEGAL MATTERS
Born in 1978.
EDUCATION:
In 1999 and 2001 he graduated summa cum laude from International Relations Faculty and Faculty of Law respectively of the Saint-Petersburg’s State University.
In 2002 he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Oxford University (Great Britain) with a degree of Master in European Law (LL.M.).
CAREER BACKGROUND:
From 2002 to 2004 he worked as a lawyer in the Saint-Petersburg’s Representative Office of the international legal firm Baker & McKenzie C-I-S Ltd.
From 2004 to 2005 he was a lawyer in the headquarters of the World Bank Group in Washington.
From 2005 to 2007 he was a lawyer in the Moscow’s Representative Office of the international legal firm Freshfields Brookhaus Deringer.
In 2007 he joined the JSC Systema Telecom as Director of Legal Department.
Also in 2007, he was appointed Director of Department for Legal Matters of OJSC Comstar-UTS, where, in December 2009 he was promoted to the position of Vice-President for Corporate Governance and Legal Matters.
Concurrently, he is a BOD member at OJSC RTC at present time.
NAZAROV SERGEY VIKTOROVICH
GENERAL DIRECTOR, OJSC MGTS
Born in 1971.
EDUCATION:
In 1995 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, and later completed the post-graduate studentship at Moscow Technical University of IT and Communications.
In 2007 he graduated from the Higher School of Economics majoring in Finances and Credit. He holds a degree of PhD, technical, specializing in Telecommunication Systems, Networks and Devices.
CAREER BACKGROUND:
From 1994 he rose through the ranks from a sales support engineer in AT&T Representative Office to Deputy Sales Director in Lucent Technologies office, both in Moscow.
In 2003 he took charge of Customer Relations Department at OJSC CenterTelecom.
From January 2006 to June 13, 2007 he served as Deputy Commercial General Director at OJSC CenterTelecom.
From June 2007 to February 2009 he served as Vice President for Marketing at JSC Comstar-UTS.
Starting from February 04, 2009 he is General Director of JSC MGTS
