Logic Line — Office
Logic Line — Office is an "off-the-shelf" product for small and medium size enterprises. A customer’s company is assigned a universal virtual telephone number not attached to a specific address and not requiring installation of equipment. This virtual number is able to handle all incoming calls no matter how many they are. All incoming calls are transferred to the customer’s telephone numbers- fixed, mobile, in Moscow, in Russia or in other countries. It allows to regroup any customer’s telephones under one easy-to-remember Moscow number.
Logic Line — Center
This service means that all customer telephone calls will be handled by operators of the COMSTAR’s call center. They will serve incoming calls and make outgoing ones according to a preset algorithm and strictly observing all rules of interaction with a subscriber. Using the Logic Line package the customer can create information services, customer support services, sales centers, hot lines, ÒV-shopping.
Logic Line — Direct
